About Me

My name is Sofía Toriello. I’m from Mexico, and I’m a certified Medical Doctor with a Master's degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine.

During my years in Western Medicine, I noticed that many treatments were focused on silencing symptoms with medications rather than addressing the root cause, which often lies in the energetic and emotional realms. That’s how I started my journey with Traditional Chinese Medicine.

I earned my Master’s degree from the Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, through the University of Barcelona, and did my clinical practices at Dongzhimen Hospital in Beijing, China.

My mission is to open patient’s perspectives to how their bodies truly work, to demonstrate how each of us have the power to heal, and show that through Chinese Medicine we can remind and guide our own bodies back to health.
