Acupuncture

Thin needles are inserted at specific acupuncture points along energy channels to enhance the flow of Qi (vital energy) and restore balance. This process also stimulates nerve endings, activating the Parasympathetic Nervous System, which promotes relaxation by releasing endorphins, serotonin, GABA, melatonin, and more.

Each treatment is individualized based on an initial consultation, where your clinical history and concerns are discussed. Depending on the diagnosis, electric stimulation or moxibustion may be included.

Cosmetic Acupuncture

Building on the principles of conventional acupuncture, this treatment includes the use of thinner, shorter needles on the face, followed by a facial massage with suction cups.

Benefits include:

  • Increased blood flow to the face

  • Stimulation of collagen and elastin production

  • Enhanced muscle tone and elasticity

  • Detoxification

  • Stress relief

  • Promotes overall inner healing for a healthier appearance.

And more!

Facial Cupping

Facial cupping is a gentle, non-invasive treatment that uses small suction cups to stimulate circulation and promote lymphatic drainage in the face. This technique helps reduce puffiness, improve skin tone, and increase collagen production, leading to a firmer, more youthful complexion.

In addition to enhancing your skin’s natural glow, facial cupping can also relieve tension in the facial muscles, providing a relaxing experience. It’s an excellent complement to other facial treatments and supports overall skin health.

Cupping

Cupping involves applying a suctioned glass cup to areas of tightness or pain, then sliding it with oil to release muscular and fascial tension. It feels like a reverse massage and is deeply relaxing.

Cupping also aids in lymphatic drainage and detoxification by stimulating lymphatic vessels, blood flow, nerves, and energy channels, boosting Qi flow and the immune system.

Sound healing with Tibetan singing bowls

Tibetan singing bowls are used to produce deep, resonant tones that promote relaxation and healing. Traditionally used by Buddhist monks for meditation and healing, these bowls recalibrate your body's vibration, stimulating the Parasympathetic Nervous System and inducing a state of peace. They also shift brain waves to theta waves, associated with deep relaxation and sleep.

This therapy can be integrated into your acupuncture session.

Ear Seeds (Auricular Acupuncture)

Ear seeds are small seeds or beads placed on specific points of the ear to stimulate acupuncture points and promote healing. These points correspond to various areas of the body, and by applying gentle pressure to the seeds, you can help regulate the flow of Qi, reduce pain, and support overall well-being.

Ear seeds are a non-invasive way to extend the benefits of acupuncture between sessions and can be used to address a variety of conditions, including stress, anxiety, pain, and digestive issues. The seeds remain in place for several days, allowing for continuous stimulation of the acupuncture points.
